Jane opened the theme for the year building on from “ reaching out “by looking at the “ handing on the eternal flame in 2012.” The text is 1 John 1:1-4 where John describes Jesus as the logos, as the eternal, pre-existent creative Word of life, who became visible and is experienced in real time.
