Jane spoke to how faith and following the word means that it is the going out and doing mission which changes us and others. That faith is obedience to what God has said , as God gives us strength- and based in God’s power shown in the resurrection. It is not blind but it is risky. The text is from Hebrews 11:1-10 and Acts 1:1-8.

Jane spoke to reaching out for change both in the world and the church. In addressing the need for doing theology where Word and world meet and in moving into the world with the Word. The text was from Luke 9:51-62.

Jane spoke to 2 Timothy 3:10-17 in how to handle the bible. The lessons we can learn from the use of sand from sand tray to expert builder in reaching our full potential in engaging with God’s word.

Jane spoke to the transformation afforded by new thinking using verses from Romans 12;1,2, Luke 24:45 and 2 Corinthians 3:18.It is these 2 practices of studying God’s Word and worshipping Christ (both often in the company of others as well as in solitude) that bring about the transformation of our minds which leads to a positive change in the way we live and work.
