Jane continues in the series on Advent: waiting to welcome
strangers and referring to Hebrews 13: 1,2. The talk looks at a series of questions
for us to ponder. How good are we at waiting for things to happen? How good are
we at waiting for the answers to prayers? How good we you at waiting for the things to happen
that we believe God has promised? How good will we be as a church in
waiting to seeour prayers for children & others answered and for the
seeds we have sown in 2012 to bear fruit – will we be persistent in praying and
waiting? In these days of introversion and everyone looking after themselves
and their own – what will mark us out as God’s people?
