Jane spoke around reaching out with the expectancy for growth - even though the overall situation in the UK is currently one of decline. The reading is from Isaiah 54:1-8. The talk refers to three motifs of fruitfulness within the context of Isaiah 54 of : family household growth ( a bigger tent is needed v1-5), marriage as a symbol of union and the bride of Christ as the church ( v8-10) and the repopulation of cities ( 11-17).
